Canary Wharf’s 2026 Winter Lights has brought an ‘ethereal, surrealist’ collection to London’s financial district from the 20-31 of January.
The very popular festival represented artists from around the globe, and brought smiles to all who participated in the numerous interactive displays.
Speaking to Lowri Harries, the associate curator of public art for Canary Wharf Group, she details the inspiration behind the theme of this year’s 10th annual winter lights.
Harries said: “This year we’ve tried to give it more of its own identity.
“It pulls on strands such as ethereal, surreal, and human connection.”
